Health Guarantee Coverage:
If your puppy develops a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition within the first year, we will replace it with one of equal value at no cost.
After the first year, if the puppy passes away due to such conditions, we will offer a credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price toward a replacement puppy.
To maintain the guarantee, you must:
Provide a licensed vet’s initial exam within 10 business days of receiving your puppy.
Microchip your puppy with Trust Pitbull USA.
Keep up with regular de-worming and annual vet check-ups.
Submit all required documents, including the original sale agreement, registration papers (if applicable), and complete vet records.
Failure to meet these conditions will void the guarantee. We also reserve the right to refund any deposit at any time, for any reason.
